Mach1 Off Court
Event management and social media for the Off Court party at Mach1: full organisation of the night and the promotion for it on Instagram.
Off Court means the game is over and the evening begins. That idea turned into a party at Mach1, and we saw it through from the first sketch to the last guest.
One night, fully organised
Concept, running order, suppliers, timing: we planned the event end to end and owned it on site. The motif carries itself, from the basketball as a prop to the lettering glowing above the floor. Anyone entering the room understands immediately what this is about, without needing it explained.
Promotion that previews the night
In parallel the promotion ran on Instagram. A reel sets the theme, names Saturday, doors and closing time, and lets image and sound handle the rest. Not a flyer in the feed, but a taste of what is coming.
